Compare Overload Tab
The Compare Overload tab indicates how much work was performed in
excess of resource availability on each day of the project.
For example, the table above indicates that on 10/26/2003 working the
Original schedule would require 14.75 man-hours of over-allocation
while on the same day the PSOP schedule required no over-allocation.
Thus, as is shown in the improvement column, the PSOP schedule has
improved the over-allocation by 14.75 hours on 10/26/2003.
There may be days on which the PSOP and Original schedules have the
same amount of over-allocation. For example, the table above indicates
that neither schedule required any excess resources on 10/23/2003.
Checking the Only Differences box below
the table will hide such rows, showing only those dates where the
amount of overload in the PSOP and Original schedules differ.
Selecting a resource from the resource box below the table will cause
the table to show overload statistics for only the selected resource.
If "Cumulative" is selected total overload for each day is shown.
