Leveling a Subset of Resources
By default PSOP tries to reduce over-allocation of all resources. If
you do not care if some of your resources are over-allocated, you can
specify a subset of resources to be considered for leveling. All other
resources will be ignored.
To specify the resources you want leveled un-check level all resources on the advanced settings dialog. Click the select resources
button. PSOP must now log into the Primavera database to retrieve the
list of project resources, so you may be prompted to close P3e and
ensure that nobody else on the network has the project open (more information...). When the resource selection dialog box opens, select the resources you want leveled and click OK.
For example, the screen shot below shows a resource selection
indicating that only the LABORPY and ZONEZA resources should be
considered when leveling.
